Abstract
El artículo analiza cómo para Evagrio Póntico la ignorancia es el resultado del movimiento del nous que provocó su caída de la Unidad originaria, estado en el que gozaba del conocimiento de Dios. La propuesta en este trabajo es mostrar el lugar que ocupa el conocimiento en la teología evagriana y, por contraste, delinear lo que él entiendo por ignorancia.
This article analyzes how for Evagrio Póntico ignorance is the result of the movement of nous which is caused by its fall from the original Unity, state in which it delighted in the knowledge of God. The intention of this article is to show the place that knowledge occupies in the theology of Evagrio and, by contrast, to delineate what he understands by ignorance.
