Abstract
This paper has a multiple purpose: to show the U.S. legal system for religious factor, fixing typical mistakes; to expose how to recognize the legal status (recognition & will) for religious subjects (religious ministers and organizations); to explain the main lawsuits and proceedings for these type of subjects, and which is the typical accountability for those trials.Downloads
